Healing in Dying Light 2 simply requires you use one of several different consumable items you have collected, purchased or created. These include medications, medications or health regeneration reinforcements.

  • Collect three inhibitors looking for GRE containers and other places (as safes).

  • Go to the “Skills” menu and select the small + small icon at the bottom center of the screen, below the “Available Updates” section.

  • Press and hold the X on the icon + and you can increase your health for three inhibitors.
